Problem is, these prompted articles from your (now defunct, sadly) writing group always end much too soon. I realize there is a guideline as to length and something penned for use in such a forum should conform. However, this story, just as many I've read from you, was the perfect beginning to a much longer, detailed story. This one, of a boy's fond memories of spending time with his father, would have been one I would have loved to have read. I find myself recalling some wonderful times spent with my own beloved father as I read of yours. You should consider putting together some of these and writing something more lengthy. And should you ever decide to sit down and hammer out a book, I will be happy to act as your literary agent for a very small percentage of sales, nothing up front at all beyond expenses involving actual mailing of the manuscipts. All footwork will be gratis.orionsbownoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7361281865338727324.post-90587358104004344082012-02-21T17:34:57.345-08:002012-02-21T17:34:57.345-08:00In our group, we generally read our pieces aloud a...In our group, we generally read our pieces aloud and limit ourselves to a couple of pages, but I may start writing longer pieces.
