You are lucky to have experienced such a wonderful Halloween experience. I too, love Halloween. But, never, in these days would I allow my kids to enter a home or eat unwrapped candy. My thoughts of the topic "Mask" were very different. I am glad to read your unique view on the topic and look forward to reading your post each week.

My takes on prompts tend to be light. Some people need to bare their soul here. I don't feel that an open forum is a good place for that. Who knows, maybe sometime. Thanks for reading.

I put a link to your post on my post today, pasted the comments I left and added a bit of my own ramblings about "hot slides."

First mask is scary, all right! I think the second one is a "Popeye" wanna be. . .

Thanks, Pinehurst. I always read your posts too. I don't always comment, but I never miss them. You have jogged my memory about Smelterville. I have lived all over the world, but I am who I am (nearly a popeye quote) because of growing up there.

Yea, "there's no place like home" to borrow another quote - to define how we view the world. I left a comment on my blog about the JFK assassination. I was in a different time zone (two yrs younger, and blurry headed).
